This is a great camping spot, with great facilities. Good power hot shower. And very clean.- Celine S
I liked how clean the cute toilets were, though a little cramped.The shower was high pressure & hot, much better than most sites. Washing facilities are adequate.The pitches were spacious & having tables was ideal.The ground however is quite uneven and sloping.The location is natural and good proximity to a pub & town but the road noise can be loud.I overall enjoyed my stay & would return though the green camping tariff seems unnecessary.- Alisdair S
Stayed for a couple of nights during a lovely balmy period in mid/late September. Bottom of field near the toilets and showers was nice and sheltered for the first night which was a bit windy. Toilets and showers were great and serviced everyday by Philip the owner. Philip also readily provided helpful local information, explaining the very easy 20 minute walk into Wareham. Visited several great pubs in Wareham as well as the excellent Kings Arms in Stoborough for food which is just 10 mins walk.Would definitely return to this site as a great base for exploring the beautiful Isle of Purbeck. - Marion B
